Court (2025) Telugu Movie Review

Introduction:

The movie Court is based on the situation of social injustice and court drama film. The actor Shivaji shows a new angel in the film, who plays a stunning performance as an arrogant and cruel villain.

Priyadarshi plays an outstanding performance in the lead role in the movie Court, as we all know him as a great and natural actor who leads historical movies in Telugu as lead actor.

In the nature of the film, as natural as the vibes come with the film produced by Prashanti Tipirneni, natural star Nani gives special promotion to encourage the film with his announcement of “If they don’t like the court film, he is not to encourage to watch his upcoming film HIT-case 3,” giving the audience surprise to all and making them look enthusiastic about the film.

Plot of the movie:

In the film, Jabilli (Sridevi) and Chandu (Harsha) are intermediate classmates and also deep in a relationship. Chandu is middle class and doing part-time jobs to sustain himself.

However, when Jabili’s uncle Mangapati (Shivaji), who is extremely protective of his honor, finds out about their relationship, their love story takes a terrible turn. Mangapati arrests Chandu after shockingly bringing Jabili’s family and the police to his home. Since Jabili is under 18, he brings several cases against Chandu, including a POCSO complaint.

Chandu is stuck in a legal nightmare where it seems like the entire system is against him. Presenting Surya Teja (Priyadarshi), a lawyer with no prior legal experience. Teja must fight against all difficulties to prove his innocence in order to defend Chandu. Can he handle this crucial legal dispute? What surprises come up in court? What will be the ultimate decision? On the theater screen, all of these answers we have to find!

Cast Performance

Priyadarshi plays a key role as the young lawyer who wants his first case to prosecute. He is involved in the character and blends the emotions, showing the effectiveness of natural dialogue delivery and manners.

Sivaji played a significant part and is a strong, independent individual who will stop at nothing to uphold his family’s dignity and reputation. His body language and makeover catch everyone stunned. Rajasekhar Aningi and Surabhi Prabhavati performed a good job as the boy’s parents, while Subhalekha Sudhakar and Rohini played their roles as the girl’s mother and grandfather, respectively.

Sridevi Apalla and Harsh Roshan did a great job portraying the lively and naive children. Others carried out their duties as assigned.

Sai Kumar plays a justified role and captures the audience with the interval scene and all other cast members undeniable excellence. More emotional depth and development for their characters would have greatly increased the story’s overall effect.

Technical Performance:

In his debut, director Ram Jagadeesh performs admirably. He chose a novel topic that hasn’t been studied recently. Although he could certainly do better, his writing and direction are fabulous.

Though the POCSO Act was discussed by the creators, it was just touched upon in passing and not fully addressed in the thought-provoking dialogues. Even though the pre-climax and climax occasionally have a predictable flavor, Priyadarshi’s language conveys in-depth social messages that have an impact on everyone’s emotions.

The film has good technical quality. The photography by Dinesh Purushotham is excellent, and the background music by Vijay Bulganin enhances a number of highlighted moments. The editing by Karthika Srinivas R. is good, although it could have been more precise.

Final Review:

It is a good and the best movie that resembles the present-day situation of misuse of laws and how important it is that everyone should know and be aware of them. Ask what and why? is a must.
